The Pontiac Historical Society is hosting an evening of the Story of the Earl Young Violin Collection on Wednesday, June 18, at 7:00 p.m. at the Pontiac Community Lodge situated at 244 Main Street.

The Pontiac County Women’s Institute will be hosting its annual Summer Supper on Wednesday, June 18, starting at 4:30 p.m. at the Starks Corners Hall at 35 Stoney Batter Road.

The Shawville Fair is sponsoring a Blood Drive on Thursday, June 19, from 1:30 – 7:30 p.m. at 215 Lang Street, in the Exhibition Hall.

The Shawville Canada Day Parade will be held on Tuesday, July 1, starting at 1 p.m..
