As a new resident of Otter Lake and a former journalist of a community newspaper in Ontario, I am delighted to see the quality and coverage of local news in your publication. I look forward to reading it every week. I especially liked the article written by Donald Teuma-Castelletti on the ordination of Tim Kehoe at St Paul’s Anglican Church in Shawville.
Here in Otter Lake our church, St James, is now part of the same parish of Renfrew-Pontiac and a few of us attended the ceremony. I noticed your reporter sitting in the pews with his camera, looking every bit a journalist (don’t we all look alike?) and later at the reception.
When I saw the article in the paper this past week I was impressed with the quality of his work, a very thorough and delightful interview with Tim which I enjoyed very much and a perfect photo. Congrats on a job well done.
